Ahmet Öven
Founder & CEO
Born in Çanakkale in 1987, Ahmet Öven holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University, where he conducted research on mathematical modeling of Skorsky and Bell helicopters.
Early in his career, he completed industrial training and internships in Germany and Italy, then worked as an engineer on geothermal and thermal power plant projects, as well as the large-scale TurkStream energy project. He gained international experience as an EPC and project engineer at the Alarko thermal power plant project in China.
Bringing his engineering discipline, analytical mindset, and international project management experience to the real estate sector, he founded Assos Emlak in 2017. Born and raised in the Çanakkale — Assos region, Ahmet Öven combines deep local knowledge with international standards to provide his clients with reliable and transparent service.
